The following will form the basis of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement between you and Casa Kamari.

Booking Casa Kamari
To book Casa Kamari, check the availability on the booking section of this website.
The minimum stay is 7 nights, however outside of peak holiday times there is some flexibility subject to availability. Please email us for further information.

If your holiday is more than 8 weeks away, you can secure your booking and spread the cost by paying a deposit of 20% of the accommodation cost. We will then send you a reminder to pay the balance which is due no later than 8 weeks before your stay.
If your holiday is less than 8 weeks away, then payment is required in full.

Accidental Damage Deposit & Refund
It is a requirement when booking Casa Kamari to pay an accidental damage deposit. The standard deposit required is £250.00
The accidental damage deposit is due with the balance of your holiday, it will be taken from your card and held by us to be applied against the reasonable costs of repairs to and/or replacement of and/or additional cleaning of furnishings, kitchen equipment, crockery, glass, keys, bedding and towels damaged or soiled otherwise than by usual wear and tear during the period of your stay.
Following your departure, our key holder will perform a check of the property and the balance of the accidental damage deposit will be returned to you within 7 working days after your holiday.

Arrival and Departure
Check in is 3pm
Check out is 10am
Outside of peak holiday times, we may be able to offer early check in or late checkout but this needs to checked and confirmed with us before the start of your holiday.

Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your holiday, please let us know as soon as possible by email.
The 20% booking deposit is non-refundable.

Refunds will depend on cancellation notice given (before travel) and calculated as follows:
Less than 4 weeks – No refund
Less than 8 weeks – 50% of the total accommodation cost
More than 8 weeks – 80% of the total accommodation cost or your liability to pay the balance will be waived.

Please consider covering any risk of cancellation by purchasing your own holiday/ cancellation insurance.

Liability
We at Casa Kamari are not responsible for and cannot be held responsible for damage, injury or theft of/to persons and/or their belongings.
You enter our premises (property, terrace, swimming pool) at your own risk and responsibility.
